How do I look right after a Restylane treatment?
After treatment with Restylane, it is normal to be slightly swollen and red, but you can go to work the next day. It is important to note that follow-up treatment is important to maintain the result.
When can I see results and how long does
Restylane last?
The result of a single treatment with Restylane is visible immediately, and can last for up to a year. With follow-up treatment, the visible effect of Restylane can last for up to 18 months. After a lip treatment with Restylane, there may be a need for follow-up treatment after six months.
Does it hurt to have a
Restylane filler treatment?
Everyone experiences pain differently, but Restylane contains a built-in anesthetic. An anesthetic cream can also be used before injections with Restylane, but is not necessary.
How do I go about having a treatment with Restylane carried out?
If you have never had filler treatment before and are unsure of what to expect or whether it is suitable for you, you can choose to have a non-binding skin consultation with one of our therapists or ask for direct contact with the performing doctor. After the consultation, you choose whether you want to make an appointment for the treatment. Alternatively, you can choose to book an appointment for a skin consultation and simultaneous treatment.
