WHAT DOES CARBON LASER PEEL DO?
CLEANSING
Carbon has the ability to absorb oil and pollutants from deep within the pores. In a medical context, one can eat carbon tablets to absorb toxins, liquid carbon on the skin attracts corresponding substances and excess oils. As the laser passes over the treatment area, it targets and destroys the carbon particles, absorbing this material with it.
EXFOLIATING
Black color in the carbon is targeted by the wavelength of the laser beam which causes an explosion on the surface that removes dead skin cells, blackheads and effectively exfoliates the skin. The result is softer, more radiant skin with reduced pore size and an even skin tone.
REJUVENATING
Carbon peel also targets the deeper layers of the skin by generating thermal energy to stimulate collagen production, which in turn produces firmer, firmer skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and leaves skin feeling tighter and glowing.

THE TREATMENT
A layer of liquid carbon is applied to the skin, where it penetrates deep into the pores. As the laser passes over the area, it destroys the carbon, taking dead skin cells, impurities and oil with it.

BEFORE & AFTER
Is there something I need to think about before and after treatment?
BEFORE THE TREATMENT
Avoid chemical peels
Avoid and sunbathe.
Avoid creams and peelings that can irritate the skin in the last week before you have the treatment.
AFTER THE TREATMENT
As with all skin treatments, carbon peels should be supplemented with a good skin care routine, and daily use of a sunscreen with sun factor 30 or 50.
How will my skin feel after the treatment?
Some may experience redness, tightness and a feeling of being sunburned after treatment.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Who can not carry out the treatment?
- Laser treatments cannot be performed on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Some types of medication may have a contraindication for laser treatment, so state in the health information form if you were to take medication.
